Your Design Consultant
Debra Wade, IACCNA, owner and designer of Creative Interiors in Eugene, Oregon, is a native of Columbia, Illinois. Ms. Wade graduated with a BS from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in Fine Arts and Communications. A colorist, artist and mother of two, Ms. Wade was established in interior design in 1988.
In 1997, Ms. Wade became an accredited consultant of the International Association of Color Consultants and Designers of North America (IACCNA). Graduating with honors, the thesis project for the IACCNA provided the basis for The Personal Integral Color Plan for Interior Design, a unique design tool for personal effectiveness and beauty through selective application of color in the environment. The Integral Color Plan is now the subject of an upcoming book, entitled The Color Matrix.
Creative Interiors has a select group of contractors and sub-contractors to assist with interior design fullfillment of projects.
Creative Interiors was established in business in November 1994 with the name Creative Design.
Prior to that, Ms. Wade was a partner in Color Design Associates and taught Interior Design for
5 years at Lane Community College.
The IACCNA is an accredited group of Color professionals specially trained in the functional application of color and human response. Color has a psychological and physiological impact on human experience, and in particular on inhabitants of our built environments. The goal of the association is to use color to create supportive and humane environments through the educated application of color.
