Meditative Collection
The Meditative Collection was inspired by the gift of archival kraft wall paper which had been embossed with a classical Chinese poem. Paints, metallic glazes, collage, stenciling and varnish
come together in artistic and collective expression. The 30' x 30" images are mounted on acid-free foam core board.
This series exhibited at Forever Art in Portland, Oregon, May 2008 during first Thursday in 'the Pearl.'
The show was sold, yet is available in print format, group format and as artist marked giclees.
The Meditative Collection is an on-going series with a new set due at the end of the year.
In Winter of 2007, this collection was started prior to spending three weeks in Portland, Oregon writing 60 pages on The Archetypes of Color for my book in progress entitled, The Color Matrix.
